What is a credit / recording?

One credit equals a 30 minutes maximum recording, skills self-evaluation, automatic full analysis and participant report.

It is possible to make longer recordings for an additional credit for every 30 minutes started.

Can we do a free trial of the platform?

To have a demonstration or make a recording in real conditions, please contact the sales department.

How can I renew a subscription?

Upon the term of your subscription, it is automatically renewed for the following month or year. You can modify your subscription up to 7 days before the end of the current month, for subscriptions without commitment, and up to 30 days before the end of the current year for subscriptions with commitment.

How can I locate my order and purchase history?

When you login to your client account, you will find your entire order history and the number of remaining recordings.

How to purchase?

Contact us using the on-line form, by phone or by e-mail and we can get things started together. We can then forward our general sales conditions and a quote to suit your needs. As soon as you accept the quote, you can choose your users. They can then invite participants to produce recordings in two-person teams.

Which package to choose?

3 types of package are available: unit, with or without commitment.

You can compare fees on the table above. If you are able to estimate your use of the solution, the most advantageous choice is a subscription (with or without commitment). In this case, the unit fee is provided for a minimum number of recordings. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

For purchases with commitment, you will immediately have all your credits, which you can use whenever you want.


How do I log into the platform?

What equipment do I need to use the ZTO tool?

All you need is a personal computer, tablet or mobile phone with sound and microphone output. You can also connect your headphones or earphones.

You can use the following web browsers: Chrome (minimum version 72), Firefox (minimum version 78), Edge (minimum version 87), Safari (minimum version 14), Opera or Brave. For iPhones and iPads, the minimum required version is IOS14.

Can I order optional services?

For example, you can benefit from a personalised graphic representation of the solution, the development of specific analysis models or statistical representations of a given population.

What types of recording are possible on enables participants to produce recordings in the following contexts: seller/customer, recruiter/candidate-applicant, manager/employee.

What is the difference between a user and a participant?

A user invites participants to produce recordings and can debrief on results, and work on improvement with them.

What are the different roles in the ZTO tool?

There are three roles: administrator, user and participant.

Who does the platform target?

Essentially trainers, be they internal trainers within a major group or independent trainers with their own clients.

What languages are available? is available in French, English, Spanish, German and Brazilian Portuguese. Please contact us if you would like to discuss the addition of a new language.


Where can I consult my use of the solution?

You have access to a dashboard where you can monitor your use and purchasing history.

Can I exceed the number of available recordings?

Together, we can agree to authorise you to exceed the quantity ordered when you took your subscription. Any excess recordings will be subject to a new invoice at the same unit fee as that agreed in your package.

When do I need to pay?

If you purchase a unit package, you pay upon order. If you take a subscription without commitment, you pay every month, at the end of the month. If you take a subscription with commitment, you can pay at the end of each month or in one single payment.

How can I pay?

As of now, the only accepted payment method is bank transfer.

Can I cancel a subscription with commitment?

You can cancel your subscription within the 30 days prior to its renewal.

Can I ask for reimbursement of the recordings I have not used?

In accordance with our general sales conditions, unused subscriptions are lost after their term. We are here to help you estimate your needs to avoid this.


What is’s GDPR policy?

We abide by GDPR standards. As such, we have our own internal Data Protection Officer (DPO).
